    Won Ton

    1/4 pound minced chicken or shrimp
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
    1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
    1 1/2 teaspoons butter
    1/4 teaspoon MSG
    2 slices onion, minced

    Mix all ingredients together. Place 1/4 teaspoon on a won ton wrapper. Moisten 4 corners. Pinch together to form a round bag shape. Boil in soup or fry in deep oil.
