    Taco Tartlets

    Shredded cheese
    1 pound lean ground beef
    2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
    2 tablespoons ice water

    Filling
    1 cup sour cream
    2 tablespoons taco sauce
    2 ounces chopped olives
    3/4 cup crushed tortilla chips

    Mix hamburger, taco seasoning and ice water with hands until well blended. Press into bottom and sides of small greased muffin tins.

    Mix ingredients for filling and place a spoonful in each shell. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake 7 to 8 minutes at 425 degrees F.

    Serve warm.
