Ingredients
    • 2 Surmai fish
    • 2 Red chillies
    • 1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
    • 1/2 tsp Coriander Seeds
    • 1 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste
    • Onion
    • 1-2 Green Chillies
    • Salt to taste
    • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
Instructions
    1.
    Take a pan and dry roast spices like red chilli, peppercorn, fenugreek seeds, ginger, garlic and coriander seeds.

    Then blend to make masala.
    3.
    Now add some oil to a pan and cook onion, ginger, and garlic. When it softens, add the fish and cook.
    4.
    Throw in the prepared spice mix with some coconut milk and let it cook. Add salt as per taste.
    5.
    Now add kokum and bring to a boil.
    6.
    Once it is done, garnish it with lemon and serve!
