    Hash Brown-Pork Chop Casserole

    6 pork chops
    Salt and pepper
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 cup shredded cheese
    1 (2 pound) package hash brown potatoes
    1 can fried onion rings

    Brown chops with salt and pepper. Combine soup, milk and sour cream. Stir in potatoes and 1/2 of shredded cheese and 1/2 of onion rings. Pour into a casserole dish; put chops on top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes, covered. Top with remaining cheese and onion rings. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
