    Breakfast on the Run

    2 whole FROZEN bananas
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup plain yogurt
    1/4 cup wheat germ
    1 egg
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    1 teaspoon granulated sugar

    Place all in a blender and whirl until puréed. Garnish with nutmeg.
